The commission has amended WAC 480-120-262 by deleting subsection (8) relating to the obligations of operator service providers for handling emergency, or E-911, calls. (See "Documents" link below for more information)
The commission filed a Proposed Rulemaking (CR-102) with the Code Reviser's Office on May 10, 2007.
On Feb. 7, 2007, the Commission filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101) to consider whether to amend WAC 480-120-262(8) Emergency calls (E-911).
