   Developer-financed Line Extension Contract for two-inch (2”) line on customer property, with assorted valves and other appurtenances. Contract is to serve four (4) mixed use buildings for the parcel developed by Rich Pass, LLC. Contract includes an acknowledgment that customer requires fire flow through a six-inch (6”) ductile iron main off of the main extension. Customer will pay Twenty Five Cents ($0.25) per one hundred square feet of building space per month; customer building size is forty-four thousand ten (44,010) square feet resulting in a charge of One Hundred Ten and .02/100 dollars ($110.02) per month for this service. Contract also includes installation of backflow prevention devises to ensure water from other sources does not enter South Bainbridge’s water system. The domestic connections to serve mixed use buildings and irrigation will equate to twenty (20) connections.
