Summary:
   The purpose of this filing is to implement Extended Area Service (EAS) local calling between Clearwater, Neah Bay, and Clallam Bay, as a result of rate-center consolidation with Beaver and Forks. All five areas will be included in the new local calling area while toll charges for these routes will be eliminated. In addition, a local rate increase of $1.50 for residential and $3.00 for business will be implemented due to the criteria being met for rate group migration (from Rate Group I to Rate Group II) as a result of the growth in access lines for these areas.
