During a promotional period from October 1, 2003, through December 29, 2003, business customers who request to have certain services disconnected may be offered a discount equal to one month’s recurring charge(s) if they sign a new one-year contract agreement, two month’s recurring charge(s) if they sign a new two-year agreement; and three month’s recurring charge(s) if they sign a new three or five year agreement. One-time discounts, in the form of a bill credit, will be applied to the next month’s bill following implementation of a new contract agreement.
