The filing provides the Commission with construction plans for the design, specification, and construction procedures for compliance with CFR Part 193 and all other applicable regulation. The facility will be located on a 14-acre site with 4 acres cleared for three 70,000 gallon cryogenic storage tanks, vaporization unit, truck unloading area, control center, and other plant facilities.
