 Avista Corporation | Avista Utilities was authorized to begin a natural gas conservation decoupling mechanism pilot program in Docket UG-060518, Order 04. The company, commission staff, and other interested parties were to develop, through a collaborative process, a draft evaluation plan for the decoupling pilot and file it with the commission no later than December 31, 2008. On February 1, 2008, Avista filed a letter stating that it had begun development of a draft evaluation plan and would be scheduling a collaborative with all interested parties as soon as possible. Avista stated that within thirty days it would either file a final copy of the evaluation plan or provide a progress report on the status of the plan. |
