Summary:
   Revises the annual filing pursuant to the Settlement Agreement in Docket TL-070848. Revenue requirement is lowered by $63,000 from $5,200,000 to $5,137,000 for the refund of collected regulatory fee. No regulatory fee was imposed on the company in 2007. The proposed rate increases in rate components are needed to offset an anticipated reduction in Site Availability Charge (SAC) collected from generators. SAC allocated revenue requirement percentage per the settlement agreement is calculated at $1,130,112 for 2008. Projected SAC collection in 2008 is $494,624. The undercollected SAC is spread to the remaining rate components. The proposed rate changes are designed to have a revenue neutral effect.
