Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Channels

RSS is an Internet technology that allows you to subscribe to news and information about topics (or channels) that interest you. Like e-mail lists, RSS delivers news and updates for your subscribed topics directly to you. Unlike e-mail lists, RSS contents are managed separately from your e-mail messages, so they do not clutter your inbox, and you manage your own subscriptions.

Subscribing to RSS requires that you have RSS-compatible web browser software on your computer (such as Firefox, Opera, or Safari), or use Web sites that provide RSS reader service (most of which are free). For more information on where to obtain RSS readers and how to subscribe to RSS channels, please see the RSS introduction page on the federal government's FirstGov website.

Below is a list of RSS channels currently being tested by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. More channels may be added as we identify and compile relevant information. We're interested in your experience and ideas on this service, so please feel free to drop the UTC web team an e-mail with your comments, advice and suggestions, thanks!
