User's notes: Tariff 15-C is published by the Washington Utilities and Transportation in compliance with the provisions of 81.80.130 and 81.80.150 RCW. Carriers holding permits to transport household goods must comply with the provisions of Tariff 15-C when transporting household goods shipments between points in Washington.

PLEASE NOTE: At the commission's January 31, 2008 Open Public Meeting in Docket TV-072258, the Commission cancelled HHG Tariff 15-B and replaced it with HHG Tariff 15-C, effective February 1, 2008. On October 30, 2008's Open Meeting the Commission approved the recommended revision to Tariff 15-C, Effective October 30, 2008 under Docket TV-081462.
