The Commission has adopted permanently the Commission’s rule establishing cessation of telecommunications services for telecommunication companies (WAC 480-120-083), in Docket No. UT-010558. The Commission filed the Order with the Code Reviser on
December 5, 2001. It will be effective on the 31st day following filing.

The Adoption Order and rule is available for inspection on the Commission’s web site at www.wutc.wa.gov/010558.
