Bliss Industries, Inc., d/b/a Y Bar S Water Company filed in Docket UW-071412 a proposed tariff revision to increase several ancillary charges to help cover increased operating costs. In addition, Y Bar S Water Company filed in Docket UW-071413 a proposed tariff revision for a general rate increase that would generate $7,405 (20 percent) in additional revenue per year. The commission held a prehearing conference on Jan. 9, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., on both tariff filings. The commission suspended the tariff revisions on October 24, 2007.
The commission entered a prehearing conference order on Jan. 9, 2008, and scheduled an evidentiary hearing in both matters for May 6, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at the commission's headquarters in Olympia, Wa. In addition, the parties agreed upon a procedural schedule which is also reflected in the commission's prehearing conference order.
