UTC suspends procedural schedule on PSE's petition for determination of emissions compliance and proposed accounting treatment for the Mint Farm Energy Center.

The commission has suspended the procedural schedule in this proceeding. The parties advided the commission that they had reached a settlement and that they anticipate filing their settlement by March 27, 2009.

On November 25, 2008, the commission received a petition by Puget Sound Energy, Inc., for a determination of emissions compliance and proposed accounting treatment for the Mint Farm Energy Center. (Docket UE-082128, see "Documents" link below for more information).
