Formal complaint filed by Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter against Shuttle Express

By Order 02, the Commission schedules a telephonic status conference of the parties for October 25, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., in Room 108, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive S.W., Olympia, Washington.

On February 2, 2011, Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter filed with the commission a formal complaint against Shuttle Express. On February 23, Shuttle Express filed an answer to the complaint. The complaint alleges that Shuttle Express is expanding its service territory by adding stops or zip codes in their tariff to create an expanded territory.

The commission issued a notice on March 9, of its intent to hear this matter on the basis of a paper record unless a party objects to this process no later than March 18, 2011. If a party objects to hearing this matter on the basis of a paper record, the commission will schedule a prehearing conference to establish a procedural schedule in this case.
