The UTC will hold a prehearing conference on April 23, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. on a petition filed by Intelligent Community Services (ICS) for Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier for the Inland Roslyn exchange pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 214(e)(2) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. ICS filed an amended petition on December 14, 2007. ICS' petition came before the UTC at its March 27, 2008, open meeting. (Docket 053041, see "Documents" link below for more information).
