The commission has amended permanently the Commission's rules relating to the adoption by reference rules in the Utility and Transportation chapters of Title 480 of the Washington Administrative Code. The Commission filed the Order with the Code Reviser on December 23, 2008, and will be effective on January 23, 2008.
This rulemaking amends adoption-by-reference dates in Title 480 of the WAC to incorporate the most recent versions of adopted federal rules and other adopted publications and correct reference, grammatical, and punctuation errors. Affected WAC chapters include: 480-14; 480-15; 480-30; 480-31; 480-62; 480-70; 480-73; 480-75; 480-90; 480-93; 480-100; 480-108; 480-120; and 480-123.
