UTC to consider possible corrections and changes to selected rules in WAC 480-07

The commission has completed a second discussion draft of proposed rules in WAC 480-07 that incorporates comments filed on the first discussion draft and includes changes and modifications to WAC 480-07-145, WAC 480-07-180, and WAC 480-07-630. The commission filed a supplemental CR-101 with the Code Reviser on March 19, 2008, to consider suggestions to amend WAC 480-07-145 to allow parties to submit documents electronically in all adjudications without first obtaining approval from the presiding officer, and to amend WAC 480-07-180 and WAC 480-07-630 to address comments that references in WAC 480-07 to the Public Records Act incorrectly reference RCW 42.17, not RCW 42.56.

Written comments addressing proposed changes to WAC 480-07-110, WAC 480-07-125, WAC 480-07-140, WAC 480-07-145, WAC 480-07-160, WAC 480-07-180, WAC 480-07-307, WAC 480-07-395, WAC 480-07-510, WAC 480-07-630, WAC 480-07-710, WAC 480-07-900, WAC 480-07-903, WAC 480-07-904, and WAC 480-07-905 relating to procedural rules must be filed with the commission no later than Monday, April 21, 2008.
