UTC suspends the procedural schedule on Iliad Water Service's request to increase rates for certain customers.

The commission suspends the procedural schedule in this matter following a motion by Iliad Water to postpone the filing dates, explaining that the parties have reached a settlement in principle, and seek to work on finalizing the settlement.

Background: Docket UW-071885 is a tariff filing by Iliad Water Service, Inc. to increase basic service rates for customers on the Alder Lake, Stavis, and Cascade Crest water systems. The commission suspended the tariff revisions and approved temporary rates subject to refund. The commission held a prehearing conference on January 9, 2008, and entered a prehearing conference order on January 11, 2008.
