UTC sets a prehearing conference on Northwest Natural Gas request to establish a Smart Energy Program.

The commission held a prehearing conference on June 13, 2008, on a tariff filing (UG-080519) to establish a Smart Energy Program, and on a petition (UG-080530) seeking an Accounting Order authorizing the deferred treatment of certain costs associated with the Company's Smart Energy Program. The commission suspended and consolidated both matters on May 2, 2008. (Docket UG-080519, see "Documents" at the bottom of this page for more information).
