The commission has suspended the procedural schedule and will hold a settlement hearing on March 4, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. on a settlement filed in the complaint filed by Cost Management Services against Cascade Natural Gas alleging that Cascade is violating state and federal law by selling natural gas at retail to customers that take transportation-only service. On October 12, 2007, the commission entered Order 06 - Order Granting Petition for Administrative Review; Reversing In Part Order 05. (Docket UG-061256; see "Documents" link below).
