UTC sets a prehearing conference on a complaint against Qwest Corporation

The commission issued a complaint seeking to impose penalties against Qwest Corporation for 69 violations of rules enforced by the commission. Staff's investigation report is available by clicking "here".

On May 26, 2010, the Commission entered Order 01, a Prehearing Conference Order, establishing a procedural schedule and setting an evidentiary hearing for September 29, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Commission's headquarters.

A prehearing conference will be held at UTC headquarters in Olympia on May 25, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. (Docket 091870, see "Documents" link below for more information.)
