Formal Complaint - Docket UT001712

On November 6, 2000, Courtlink Corporation filed a Formal Complaint, Petition for Declaratory Ruling and Petition for Statutory Penalties against AT&T. Courtlink signed an agreement with AT&T for dedicated telephone service. This Complaint alleges that AT&T:

• did not provide dedicated service;
• charged more for facilities than agreed;
• charged more for calls than tariffed;
• refused to provide itemized statements; and
• improperly terminated service.
