Carrier-to-carrier service quality rules

The WUTC decided on Sept. 13, 2000 to end its inquiry into the need for state administrative rules on carrier-to-carrier performance standards. The WUTC decided that performance standards should continue to be a priority for the agency but that a state administrative rule was not a workable approach at this time. The staff memorandum recommending the end to the inquiry provides more details.
